The Genießer Hotel Altes Gymnasium offers a diversified gastronomy, ranging from the first rated gourmet restaurant "Eucken"  to our "Wintergarten" with its regional cuisine and hotel bar, where you can outstrip a recreational day with a first-class cocktail.

The Genießer Hotel Altes Gymnasium has concluded an agreement with "Bioland e.V. – Verband für organisch-biologischen Landbau". In line with this contract our hotel is reviewed continuously regarding the compliance with Bioland guidelines and is certificated according to European Community ecological regulations. We co-operate with suppliers that are working with Bioland guidelines and are controlled continuously, too. EG control number: D-SH-006-18136-B

Whether ambiance or menu card, at the gourmet restaurant "Eucken“ the exclusivity can be seen, felt and tasted anytime. In outstanding sourroundings that are unique, the connoisseur enjoys selected ingredients in time with the seasons.
